Fibre Water is a daily drink mix that adds 5.2g of prebiotic dietary fibre to your water. Just mix 1.5 tbsp into a glass of water and drink. It dissolves completely clear with no texture and a clean hint of lemon.

What's in it?

What is Sunfiber® and why is it different?

Sunfiber® is a certified Low-FODMAP, clinically-studied prebiotic fibre made from partially hydrolysed guar gum. Unlike psyllium husk or inulin, it ferments slowly in the gut — so it works without causing the bloating or gas that most fibre supplements are known for.

Will it cause bloating or gas?

No — this is one of the key reasons we use Sunfiber® specifically. Its Low-FODMAP certification means it doesn't ferment rapidly in the gut, which is the main cause of gas and bloating from other fibres.

When should I take it?

You can take it any time of day. Before meals works well to support fullness and digestion. If you're new to fibre supplementation, start with 1 serving per day and increase to 2 as your gut adjusts.
