At Zen Ya Food And Beverages Private Limited (“Zen Ya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we currently ship orders within India only.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above INR 500.
- Shipping charges for orders below INR 500 (or where applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful order placement and payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner timelines.
Please note that deliveries to certain remote or non-metro locations may take longer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are entered correctly at checkout.
Zen Ya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
